Dr. Deepak Natarajan is a senior interventional cardiologist with vast expertise in invasive and interventional cardiology. He is among the first in India to perform Percutaneous Mitral Valvotomy using the Inoue balloon technique. He is highly skilled in complex PCIs, device implantations including single, dual, biventricular pacemakers, ICDs, and combo devices. With thousands of successful coronary interventions to his credit, he remains a leader in structural heart procedures and innovations such as intravascular lithotripsy and IVUS-guided interventions.

With over four decades in cardiology, Dr. Deepak Natarajan is globally trained and has pioneered many interventional procedures in India. His expertise covers structural interventions, pacemaker and device implantation, and advanced coronary procedures. As a published author, academic contributor, and medical educator, he continues to shape cardiology practices and patient education across platforms.
