Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Nursing Superintendent in managing nursing operations across all hospital units.
• Supervise nursing staff performance, ensuring adherence to hospital protocols and quality care standards.
• Coordinate with doctors, specialists, and hospital management to ensure efficient patient care.
• Implement infection control measures, NABH compliance protocols, and nursing best practices.
• Monitor staff scheduling, recruitment, training, and mentorship programs to enhance professional growth.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient records, medical procedures, and nursing reports.
• Handle patient grievances and complaints, ensuring quick resolution and improved patient satisfaction.
• Conduct regular audits and quality assessments to enhance nursing efficiency.
• Oversee inventory management of nursing supplies, medical equipment, and pharmaceuticals.
• Assist in developing and executing nursing education programs to keep staff updated on advanced medical practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Registration with the Madhya Pradesh Nursing Council.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent clinical knowledge and nursing care expertise.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage both staff and patients effectively.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Knowledge of hospital accreditation standards (NABH, JCI), infection control, and patient safety protocols.
• Proficiency in using hospital management systems and electronic medical records (EMR).
