Key Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions requiring physiotherapy intervention.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and pain management.
• Utilize therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy, manual therapy, and hydrotherapy techniques for patient rehabilitation.
• Assist in post-surgical rehabilitation for orthopedic, neurological, and cardiac patients.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, postural correction, and ergonomic modifications.
• Work closely with surgeons, physicians, and occupational therapists to ensure holistic patient care.
• Use advanced physiotherapy equipment and techniques for faster recovery.
• Maintain accurate patient records, progress reports, and therapy documentation.
• Guide and counsel patients for long-term health benefits and fitness maintenance.
• Stay updated with latest advancements in physiotherapy treatments and rehabilitation protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT/DPT) from a recognized institution.
• 1-10 years of experience in a hospital, rehabilitation center, or clinical physiotherapy practice.
• Expertise in manual therapy, exercise therapy, electrotherapy, and post-operative rehabilitation.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and evidence-based physiotherapy treatments.
• Ability to handle neurological, orthopedic, sports injury, and geriatric rehabilitation cases.
• Excellent patient communication, counseling, and motivational skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
