About Case
Mrs XYZ, a 49 yr old P1L1 female presented with the C/O irregular menses since 1 year and pain in Lower Abdomen since 1 year. On per abdomen examination revealed soft and nontender. On perspeculum examination cervical ulcers were present. On pv examination uterus was normal in size and fullness was notes in right fornix, left fornix was free and non tender. On USG dated on 23/08/2025, there was a predominantly solid mass of size 4×6×4 cm of right side likely a mature cystic teratoma. Intraoperatively, there was right broad ligament fibroid of 5×6 cm size and so broad ligament fibroid Laparoscopic Myomectomy was done. Bilateral fallopian tubes, ovaries and uterus were normal.

On USG, there was mature cystic teratoma but intraoperatively it was right broad ligament fibroid.
Treatment Methods
Right broad ligament fibroid myomectomy done after pac and pmc fitness.
Treatment Results
After Myomectomy, Symptomatic and supportive treatment given and patient discharged on 30/08/2025.
