About Case
Mrs Xyz presented on 03/07/2025 at 7:30 pm with C/O ever and TLC count increased with sepsis and she was post-op lacs day 3 with severe anemia and deranged coagulation profile and was admitted in ICU for further management and treatment. Investigation found cbc with ps comment hb was 6.4, HCT 20.4, RBC count 3.23, MCV 63.3, MCH 19.8, MCHC 31.4, WBC count was 31650 Serum lactate was 8.7, CRP was 280. USG abdomen S/O uterus was bulky with endometrial thickness of 15 mm. There was large anterior abdominal wall hematoma of size 10×6×3 cm.4 FFP and 3 unit blood was transfused and then patient was taken for exploratory laparotomy followed by hematoma drainage on 05/07/2025. Patient stood the procedure well.
Symptoms Encountered
Mrs XYZ presented with c/o fever. Patient undergone LSCS on 01/07/2025 i/v/o fetal distress.

Patient was admitted in micu and symptomatic and supportive treatment given.

Patient was discharge on day 7 dates on 10/07/2025
